Unlock iPhone 3GS 3.1.3 [Blacksnow Unlock Download]

How to Unlock 3.1.3 iPhone 3GS/iPhone 3G with Blacksn0w in Windows – Tutorial
Pre-requirements
Install OpenSSH and MobileTerminal from Cydia
Download and install WinSCP for Windows 7/Vista/XP
Step by step guide to Unlock iPhone 3GS and 3G on firmware 3.1.3
- Connect your iPhone
- Close iTunes
- Download blacksn0w.deb from Blackra1n website, unzip it using Winrar or 7 zip
- Read this tutorial to learn using SSH and WinSCP and this tutorial to learn how to install .deb files on iPhone
- Open the extracted contents of blacksn0w.deb and copy
System\Library\LaunchDaemons\com.apple.CommCenter.plist
and paste it in the /tmp/ directory of iPhone using SSH and WinSCP
- Download patched blacksn0w.dylib and put it in this /usr/lib/ directory
- Run MobileTerminal and login via root with this command
su root
alpine
- After logging in, enter the following command in one go
launchctl unload /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/com.apple.CommCenter.plist ; launchctl load /tmp/com.apple.CommCenter.plist ; launchctl start com.apple.CommCenter
- If test load is successful copy this plist file com.apple.CommCenter.plist from /tmp/ iPhone directory to /System/Library/LaunchDaemons/.
- Reboot you iPhone
Your iPhone 3GS/3G 3.1.3 is now successfully unlocked. Guide for Mac users is available here

im stuck on a 05.11.07 baseband iphone 3g 3.1.3 i heard the release date for the 4.0 version is today 7th june. and that the problem should be fixed soon for to unlock the phone. do you know where i could find it?
