PanicRoom: Keeps Your Privacy Intact
PanicRoom is a useful app for those who like keeping their private life private. This app deletes your data from your iPhone, via Activator & PanicRoom.
PanicRoom Deletes SMS/MMS, E-mail accounts, phone logs (answered, missed, dialed), photos, Safari history, and visual voicemails. One thing to note down here is that PanicRoom deletes your browsing history only from Safari Browser.
If you don’t want to delete all your stuff, then there is a panic button, which places a black screen on top of every app, disables the home button, and allows the sleep button to only sleep. The only way left is a fast reboot and respiring button on hand, which will give you enough time to get out of the situation.
PanicRoom does its job well, and once the items are deleted then they cannot be restored, unless you have synced your iPhone with iTunes.
LibActivator (rpetrich creation) is the main activation method for this application: Go to Settings -> PanicRoom, and then select one out of the many methods of activating! To disable the Panic Button, the user picks one of the “PanicButton Close” methods (LibActivator) inside the Settings application pointed out above. Users that don’t like the UI, they can use Winterboard to replace the images at Library/Application Support/PanicRoom. You must leave the names exactly the same as what they are inside that directory!
