How to Backup iTunes Music Library to DVD
Have you ever wanted to copy/backup your iTunes Music Library to DVD or to another computer? Before proceeding any further, let me inform you that it can be a very time consuming task, depending on the size of your music library.
With this tutorial you can back up Applications, Music and Podcast, Ringtones, and Music, Videos and TV Shows.
Steps to backup iTunes Music Library to DVD/Computer :
1. Open iTunes.
2. Go to File >> Library >> Backup to Disc.
3. Insert a blank disc in optical drive and click “Back Up”.
Note: If you have a huge collection then burning DVDs may take more time, you will also get an option to store in multiple DVDs.
4. Execute iTunes in new computer and insert DVD Disc one by one.
Note: Disc will be automatically detected.
5. Click restore and enjoy.
