iPhone OS 4.0 Dock for iPhone/iPod Touch: OS 4 Dock
A new theme for iPhone & iPad Touch has been released in Cydia which provides the look of iPhone OS 4.0 Dock. There have been many themes offering the look of new OS, but none of them has really concentrated on the dock.
This particular Winterboard theme does not come with any wallpaper, and offers only the dock of the new OS. So, if you want a complete look of iPhone OS 4.0 then use OS 4 Dock along with the wallpaper of iPhone OS 4.0.

I have this on my jailbroken iPod touch 2g 32gb, it took seconds to download and looks great. You will need winterboard though.
