Free App for iPod Touch Backgrounds/Wallpapers
Backgrounds is a free app for iPod Touch/iPhone by which you can search and download free wallpapers for your iPod Touch. Wallpapers and backgrounds are available in different categories and new wallpapers are being added on a regular basis. The wallpaper app only works when you are connected to the Wi-Fi.
A number of wallpaper categories are available like Movies, Funny, Animals, Fantasy, Sports, Messages, Religious, Halloween, Thanksgiving etc. If also has a popular tab which shows you 4 wallpapers popular at the moment.
How to set iPod Touch Wallpapers:
After you have saved your favorite wallpaper, Go to Settings on your iTouch, Tap on the General tab, then tap on Wallpaper, browse the Saved Photos your have downloaded, tap again on photo to see preview of your wallpaper, tap on Set Wallpaper to set wallpaper background.

ya go to the app store and search and just look for the one above and its an amazing app but your right you cant do any thing on here
backgrounds is a GREAT app. I downloaded everything i wanted, some are super funny or cute its great.
download an app called ”backgrounds” or if you like funny pic download ”funny pics” some other ones are shake pic and puppy pic

INSTEAD of downloading here you can go to the app store and type backrounds in the search space and it will show you all the apps that you can do that with alot of them are free and hav goodbackrounds its alot easier to do
