Appsync, the famous patch which enables you to install .ipa files directly on your jailbroken iPhone and iPod Touch is now available for the latest iOS 4.0. Appsync 4.0 and can be downloaded for free from Cydia.
Download Appsync for OS 4.0
If you have already jailbroken your device then just go to cydia and add this source
cydia.hackulo.us
and then search for Appsync for OS 4.0
Appsync 4.0 is compatible with iPhone 4, 3GS, 3G and iPod Touch 2G.
