Steps to Rescue iPhone/iPod Touch or Any Phone, When Dropped in Water [Video Demo]
Dropping iPhone/iPod Touch in water is a very common occurrence, and most of us don’t know the simple trick which should be followed at the time of such crisis. Now, iFixYouri, guys behind those drop tests, has published a tutorial of how to rescue your iphone when dropped in water.
Here are the steps:
- Switch off iPhone without wasting any time.
- If it doesn’t switch off, then press and hold power button and home button for some time, to turn it off.
- Take out the SIM card.
- Put the iPhone in a bag containing raw rice.
- Now, tighten the bag to take extra air out.
- Open the bag after 2-3 days and switch on the phone.
