How to Install Sexy GTA IV theme on iPod Touch:
First you must have Winterboard installed on your jailbroken iPod Touch.

Then go to Cydia, Search for GTA, Tap GTA IV special Edition, Install.
Go to Winterboard select GTA IV Special Edition from Themes list and exit Winterboard, enjoy.
