Handwriting Recognition & Note Taking App for iPhone & iPod Touch: Note Taker
There are many such applications in the market, but most of them uses iPhone/iPod Touch on-screen keyboard for input. Dan Bricklin’s Note Taker uses handwriting recognition for taking down notes, which makes the task much easier, courtesy to iPhone and iPod Touch smooth touch screen.
This 0.4MB app allows you to take down notes, names, addresses, phone numbers, and more. Notes are taken down by writing on the capacitive touch screen, with your fingers. So, now users does not need a note pad & a pen to take notes, this all can be accomplished by using Note Taker on your favorite device.
What you write on the screen, is shown in Red, and gets typed on the page in black. Version 1.0 had some minor bugs, which are now fixed in Its current version 1.0.1, and according to the news, we can see some more upgrades. This app is a $1.99 buy in iTunes AppStore.
