Multitasking on iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G via OS 4.0

So you own one of the older models of iPhone and iPod Touch which are not supported by iPhone OS 4.0 as far as multitasking is concerned, disappointed? .. wait cdevwill has recently tweeted that jailbreak users will be able use the iPhone OS 4.0 multitasking functionality on iPhone 3G and iPod Touch 2G or any other older models by just simply editing capabilities plist.
How to enable multitasking on iPhone 3G
If you have root access and can access the N82AP.plist file, then just set multitasking=True, otherwise wait for someone to release cydia app for doing that, however as the iPhone OS 4.0 itself is in beta, you have to wait for a while.
Yet another reason to jailbreak your iPhone and iPod Touch if you want multitasking on older iPhone/iPod Touch with iPhone OS 4.0.
