Apple Delayed White iPhone 4 Till later This Year [Official]
It has been just few days since Apple declared that White iPhone 4 will start shipping from the end of July. But Apple has now changed its statement, and says that White iPhone 4 will not be available until later this year.
Did you noticed it? There’s a catch here. Apple has not mentioned the exact month of release. So, expect it to release really late this year. In fact, don’t even expect that, as Apple has been very sloppy in the past few months. Even if Apple releases white iPhone 4 in the later part of 2010, customers will be in dilemma of whether to buy it or not because of the expected release of next gen iPhone in June (at WWDC 2011).
We still don’t know the exact reason for these delays, however, it is rumored that this because of slow production rate of white iPhone 4 glass (3 glasses per hour). So, will you wait for white iPhone 4, or buy the black one, or just switch to some other option?

Look no matter what Apple does they will continue to dig their own grave. I mean it does have some great features but white or not the iPhone 4 has major design flaws. Design should never come before function and usability. Apple seems to have forgotten that.
I mean the iPhone 4 held the number one spot in the top ten ranking on pc world. Once Apple gave that press conference they took it down with out explanation. However, http://getyourgadgetsgoing.com/ took a look into it. The results are rather interesting.
