- Download iOS 4 for your respective Device from above links
- Open iTunes and connect your iPhone/iPod Touch
- Press Select and click Update button to upgrade offline
- Open respective iOS firmware file downloaded in first step
- iTunes will now upgrade your iPhone/iPod Touch
