VNC: Use your Ipod Touch as a remote screen
I just got a tips saying that Peter Rukavina was using his iPod Touch as a remote screen (VNC client). That’s pretty awesome if you ask me.

With VNsea on his Ipod Touch, he managed to share his screen from his MacBook running Leopard.
Here are his notes:
- Needed to turn on “Screen Sharing” on my Mac (System Preferences | Sharing).
- Also needed to open the firewall for Screen Sharing (System Preferences | Security | Firewall).
- Only worked with “pixel depth” in VNsea set to 16.
- Wouldn’t work with my Cinema Display set to 1920×1200 — had to set it to 1600×1200.
- Wouldn’t work without a password set on both ends.
- Not zippy.
Read more about it in his own post.
