Warning: iPhone 3GS/iPod Touch 3G Users Save Your SHSH Blobs Now
If you own an iPhone 3GS or iPod Touch 3G, and you use a jailbreak or unlock, then it is advised that you preserve your SHSH blobs now. This is because after the release of iOS 4, Apple will stop signing iPhone 3.1.3, which means once you upgraded to iOS 4 then there would be no way to downgrade, unless and until you have saved your SHSH blobs on Saurik’s server.
If you update without saving your SHSH blobs then you will lose your jailbreak and unlock, and maybe forever. However, hackers always find a way out to such problems, but i will advise you to play safe.
