How to Convert DVD and YouTube Video for an iPod

I’ve found a very detailed guide on converting DVD movies, YouTube videos and Flash movies to a video format compatible with all the iPods capable of displaying video (iPod Touch, iPod Classic, iPod Nano and iPod Video). Nice tutorial!
My OS is based on Mac, and I was recommended to Wondershare DVD to iPod Suite for Mac.
Bundled by Mac DVD to iPod converter and Mac video to iPdo converter, this suite program helps me put various DVD movies (include protected DVD), video files, youtube video, etc. to my iPod with desirable output video/audio quality and fast conversion speed.

For Mac users, iSkysoft DVD Ripper Pack for Mac is a good choice. It can convert dvd and Video to any format files with high quality. My friend and I all use it. There is also a version for PC users.

I already have Videora iPod Converter but there is always a delay with the sound and picture. I need another one that is better in sound. I would also like one with a very good picture quality. Can someone please help me?
